Financier

 Yesterday,I made the financiers.

Because when I made the custard cream,  five egg whites were remaineded.
 I was able to a total of 30 pieces,15 were green tea taste,15 were lemon.
By the way, about the strawberry tart of the other day,My friend had pointed out that it was not a tart but a pie.She is right. I correct it.

Baking mold had been sold at Daiso,I bought two.It costs only￥108/one mold. 
Thanks to Daiso, I can get the tools of making sweets at very low cost. 
Although function is reasonably, I am satisfied with these,because I'm not professional pâtissière.
